I am Claire and I work as an Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor in person and online. I created Blended Therapies to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore whatever may be troubling you, build on your strengths, and work towards positive, meaningful, and lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher in specialist educational settings, supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the challenges people can face and continues to shape my compassionate, person-centred approach to therapy.
My Story

My passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause stems from my own lived experience of navigating this significant stage of life. Through my personal journey, I recognised the need for a holistic and compassionate approach that acknowledges the emotional, physical, and lifestyle changes many women encounter. This inspired me to develop a programme that supports women in enhancing their wellbeing, nutrition, health, and overall quality of life during this transition.
Outside of work, I value spending quality time with family and friends and maintaining a healthy work–life balance. I believe that nurturing our own wellbeing allows us to be more present, connected, and resilient. Taking time to recharge helps me remain passionate about my work and enables me to bring authenticity, warmth, and care to the people I support.
